These field recordings were made while I was traveling, working and studying music in Gambia and Senegal, West Africa. The artists are local musicians who I studied and played with, as well as musicians and groups playing at ceremonies, local events and festivals. All profits made from the sale of these recordings will go directly to the artists in Africa.
